Each file that I deliver comes in 2 versions: 8×8″ at 300 dpi for prints AND 8×8″ at 72 ppi for internet use. I use a square format to allow you to do your own cropping. If this portrait is for a specific project, I will size it to your exact specifications.
During the session, you’ll get a chance to review the various images on a tablet. The images that you identify as your “favorites” will be set up on an on-line gallery for you to review one more time before you finalize your order. Many people like to ask coworkers, friends or spouse to help with the selection process. I strongly recommend getting this kind of input.
In my quest to make sure that these portraits exceed your expectations, each image that you order receives premium retouching at no additional charge.
My mantra is: The sale is not complete until I’m assured of your satisfaction! If my attempts to create a portrait that you will be proud to display fail, I will refund all the money you paid.
Taking into account the amount of retouching I need to do, usual delivery time is 2 days after I receive your order.
